The kitchen has everything utensil and appliance you may need for cooking up a storm while interacting with the family members in the living and braai area. Stock up the fridge with your perishables for your stay and a dishwasher makes your stay easier.

Indulge in the perfect cappuccino with a Nespresso machine with milk frother or an espresso to kick-start your day.

A small herb selection for use in your meals is in the courtyard, just water them if you think they look dry. (Origanum, Rosemary, Chives, Mint and Chilli)

The TV room cupboard have board games to enjoy as a family. Alternatively, the Smart TV have an active Netflix account with a profile for kids or you can sign in on your preferred streaming platform, just sign out again before you leave.

The braai area is indoors for the times when the coastal winds are not a pleasure to endure with a cozy dining area. The service station on the main road next to Langstrand stock braai wood and “Blitz”. The ash do blow in from the chimney and you will need to clean out the ash the next day. The entire cottage and the deck/patio are exclusively yours.

Meals can be served at the kitchen island or the built in benches and table at the braai.

Careful attention was given so that each of the 3 bedrooms had comfortable mattresses, crisp white linen, and calming décor. Each with their on-suite bathroom. The main bedroom on the first floor and the twin room have baths while the other only have a shower.

Extra blankets and portable fans cater for cold or hot nights, while the loft bedroom have a portable airconditioner.

There are two parking bays. There is a bay in the courtyard and a reserved bay in front of the unit.

The garage is to small to fit a family sized vehicle and thus the space is used as the laundry room and mini table tennis room.

Laundry facilities (washer, dryer, iron and drying line) are available.

Twin Room (East)
This bedroom have twin beds, each with their own cupboard, with an on-suite bathroom that consists of a bath, basin, shower and toilet. This room does not have a seaview and the window looks out into the courtyard. This room have no stairs to enter the room.


Double Bedroom (West)
This double bedroom with ample cupboard space also have it's own on-suite bathroom with a basin, shower and toilet. The sliding doors opens up to the patio and this bedroom enjoys a sea view. This room have no stairs to enter the room, however there is a step in the level from the room to the patio.













Loft Bedroom (Main)
The loft is only accesible by the unique spiral staircase in the center of the cottage. It consists of a full bathroom with bath tub, shower, basin and toilet, lots of cupboard space a queen size bed and the windows open up to allow the fresh sea breeze to flow through the area with a breathtaking view of the sea.
A desk and chairs is the perfect study area for the work-on-the-go guest.
