• By booking and paying you agree to the following and the Short Term Rental Terms and Conditions


• Sleeps 6 people MAXIMUM


• Parking for Unit 8 comprises of:
  • the courtyard
  • marked parking bay in front of the garage.


• Minimum stay is 2 nights.


• Check-in from 14:00


• Check-out before 10:00


• NO PARTIES/EVENTS allowed


• Strictly NO PETS allowed


• No Smoking indoors


• The cottage has a security alarm


• The complex is patrolled by security guards at night


• A camera system is installed at the front door area of the cottage. It will be monitored if complaints are received by neighbours or the alarm is set off.


• This property is managed by a private host. EU consumer law relating to professional hosts might not apply.
